Join our team! Valen Enterprises is currently seeking highly motivated individuals who have past experience in customer service, restaurant, and prior sales associates due to their love of working with people and work ethic. Those who apply should have an interest in the sales and marketing industry and a desire to take their professional advancement from a entry level customer service and sales position to the next level.

 With over 40 offices nationwide, and goals to expand to 70 by the end of 2016, our Austin, Texas office is searching  for  someone to be cross-trained from entry level customer service and sales to management in a no-seniority based business model.


Customer service and account managers must have:
  • Sincere love of working with people- we are a growing company and looking for people we could easily cross train into a management role. Outgoing personalities are a plus.
  • Desire to enjoy ones work-We were nominated as one of Austin's Best Places to Work for a reason, our culture is made up of ambitious and hard working people who care about each other's success and advancement, team players only.
  • Minimum 4 year degree or 5 years experience in related field : customer service, sales, marketing, sports, advertising, telecommunications, cellular, management or industries with transferable skills such as : retail, restaurant, hospitality, etc.

Job Requirements

This position  is in a professional office work environment. With our growth, we are looking to cross-train high performers into a leadership role. The position begins entry level. 

What Will I be responsible for and trained for in the customer service and account manager role?:

  1. The learning of sales, marketing and customer service for our cellular clients in the business realm, you will meet with local businesses and owners face to face to assist them in their cellular needs. 
  2. Creative campaign development- you will learn the foundations of marketing and advertising in the Austin b2b market
  3. Human Resources- you will learn every thing from new hire orientations to team building and culture building
  4. Seeking out information and knowledge regarding training, having a student mentality and asking for responsibility is often a great way to advance ones training and to be considered for management
  5. Setting and achieving personal and professional goals
  6. Maintaining integrity and respect for yourself, the team, and our client.
  7. Participating in team building activates
