Local company is seeking a personable and experienced Administrative Assistant to start immediately. Duties to include answering phones, assisting Department Manager, providing customer service, filing and performing other clerical tasks. Candidates must have a clean driver abstract within the last 2 years to assist in running errands with company vehicle.
The following criteria will be considered in selecting the ideal candidate:
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- Professional demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and Outlook
- Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm
This is a potential temp-to-hire position depending upon performance. Hours are from 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday through Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break.
