Job Description

Duties will include:  planning and directing patient billing and AR follow-up; establishing credit and collection policies; supervising, training, and orienting assigned staff; monitoring daily operating activities of the billing operation and making necessary improvements contributing to department revenue cycle targets; managing within established budget; developing monthly and adhoc reporting capabilities; meeting with physicians to report performance results, attending administrative meetings and participating in committees as requested; and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Qualified applicants will possess: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business Management or related field is required; minimum of 3 years experience in a management role; knowledge of third-party operating procedures, regulations, billing requirements, and government reimbursement programs; superb skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships; excellent oral/written communication skills.
