New York City office seeks executive compensation and ERISA attorney having 3 or 4 years of experience. The candidate should preferably have experience in a broad range of executive compensation and benefits matters, including executive compensation and benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions, taxation issues related to executive compensation arrangements (including Sections 409A and 280G of the Internal Revenue Code), design and negotiation of employment and other executive compensation arrangements, compensation-related disclosure and corporate governance matters, and ERISA fiduciary and pension investment issues (including VCOC/REOC structuring).
