Job Description

Coughlin Insurance Agency is expanding and needs a Customer Care Professional.

Coughlin Automotive Group is looking for a Customer Care Professional for our Allstate Insurance Agency who can meet and exceed customer service standards and performance goals.  As a CSR you will provide a personal touch and a positive customer experience.  Primary responsibilities are to educate and inform customers of available Allstate products and services while maintaining high retention through exceptional service.  This also includes agency involvement in customer claims handling and assistance.  CSR's are not responsible for high volume new business quoting activities although cross-selling and account rounding for existing households is necessary and supports profitable growth.


Key functions:

-Educate and inform customers of products and services
-Maintain high retention
-Deliver excellent customer service

Property and Casualty licensing preferred, but not necessary.  Licensing must be obtained within 30 days of employment.  If you have a great attitude, are a self starter, a willingness to succeed this may be your gig!
