Job Requirements

Qualifications required:

 

  • You must be a 5 year minimum veteran restaurant manager

    Must have managed in restaurant volumes of at least $4.5 million+

    Must be fluent in all avenues of P&L and cost control

    Your entrepreneurial spirit will be essential to your success

    Experienced in managing a large, diverse, intense kitchen staff

    FOH Managers must know labor control and be entertaining and motivating
