As a Kitchen Manager on our restaurant team you will oversee all BOH operations on either an opening, mid or closing shift, including all the production in a “high-volume" made from scratch operation, that is totally focused on menu quality.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as Kitchen Manager in a high volume corporate kitchen
  • A solid overall knowledge of restaurant operations including scheduling, financial control and staff development
  • Experience in P&L accountability and inventory management
  • Must operate from a “quarterback" mentality…be a moral builder…and team leader
  • Must know to set and achieve operational goals and achieve written budgets
  • Scratch Kitchen experience in a mainstream restaurant concept gets very “quick" attention
