Account Executive - Craft Beer Sales
Our ideal Account Executive has a passion for beer, superior customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with customers. You must also possess strong working knowledge of how products are made and the difference between handmade, artisan brands and general market brands.
Additional requirements for the Account Executive include:
- 21 years of age or older to comply with state and federal regulations
- Flexible work schedule
- Ability to respond to marketplace demands by planning time and activities to achieve company objectives
- Personal vehicle
- Sales and/or restaurant experience for on-premises position preferred
- Chain store and/or grocery store experience for off-premises positions, bilingual for this position is a plus, however not required
As an Outside Sales Representative with S.K.I. Beer, you can expect a starting salary of $35,000 per year which is a mix of base salary and commission. In addition, there are monthly sales bonuses as well as supplier incentives. There is a three-week paid training program to teach you all about beer sales and marketing. Most candidates are eligible for promotion to manager level after only 18 months.
