With thousands of existing clients now in, and or approaching retirement, the firm's Retirement Services Team is looking to add a handful of bright, ambitious, self starters to join its quickly expanding team.

Position Description

Financial Services Representatives in the firm's Retirement Services Team will work with the firm's existing pre or post retirement clientele in providing personalized client service by assisting them in meeting their retirement income, investment, and risk management goals.

Although this is not a commissioned position, and you will receive a competitive base pay, plus potential quarterly performance & profitability bonuses linked to results, having exceptional consultative sales and presentation skills are required. 

As a member of the Retirement Services Team you will be responsible for driving sales growth by reaching out to clients and scheduling virtual and face to face meetings in their homes, place of business, and/or at our corporate offices to review their existing accounts/policies with the company, update their financial information, and provide ongoing guidance with their retirement, insurance, asset protection and investment management needs, and estate transfer objectives.

Education and Experience Requirements

 
  • BA/BS Degree or Equivalent Professional Experience and Success
  • MA Producer’s (Life, Accident & Health) License (Will Sponsor)
  • NASD Series 6, 63 or 7 Registration (Will Sponsor)
