Financial Services Representative

  

Entry level Financial Advisor Career Opportunity. If you are looking to start a successful Financial Advisor Career but want a jump start on building a client base, starting your career as a Financial Services Representative (FSR) may be right for you.

 

Upon successful completion of the initial FSR training program, you will begin working with approximately 350-400 of the firm's existing clients in providing exceptional client service, and identifying appropriate cross-sales opportunities that help our client’s meet their individual risk and investment management goals.

 

The candidate will work closely with the firm’s regional management team to develop and support a variety of marketing and new business development programs within their client service & sales area.

 

FSR's have the opportunity to leverage the firms existing client relationships, extensive in-house marketing and business development resources, and ongoing sales & practice development training programs, to transition into building highly successful Financial Advisor Careers.

Compensation & Benefits

 

The Financial Services Representative‘s income will reflect their own efforts and abilities. Earnings will be primarily commission based with an incentive compensation program. In addition we offer a comprehensive benefits package.

    • Have a professional presence

    • Strong communication and relationship building skills

    • Self directed: able to multi-task, prioritize and meet aggressive sales
      and client service goals and expectations

    • Ability to work in a high energy, performance driven culture

   

Education and Experience Requirements

 

    • BA/BS Degree or Equivalent Professional Experience and Success

    • MA Producer’s (Life, Accident & Health) License (Will Sponsor)

    • NASD Series 6, 63 or 7 Registration (Will Sponsor)
