Logistics Account Executive

What we need from you:

  • Proven record of established relationships within the industry 
  • Minimum of 2+ years of Freight Sales Experience
  • Ability to gain new customers through cold calling and prospecting plans
  • Possess good customer service and closing skills
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills, ITS, and DAT

Truckload Connections provides freight services to domestic markets throughout the United States and Canada, and we are currently seeking experienced and motivated individuals to serve as an Account Executive, or Freight Broker.

Truckload Connections offers exceptional commission structures for our Account Executives, or Freight Brokers, with the option of using our own world-class team of dispatchers (40% net commission) or securing and dispatching loads yourself via carriers with whom you have an established relationship (50% net commission). As an Account Executive, or Freight Broker, you must be self-motivated and entrepreneurial-minded with the ability to work well under pressure. It is also important that you have excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills along with the ability to establish rapport and build lasting business relationships with a broad range of decision-makers.

                                             

Specific qualifications for the Account Executive, or Freight Broker, role include:

  • Proven record of established relationships within the industry
