Administrative Assistant/Customer Relations

We are looking for a high-quality, detailed-oriented, self-motivated individual with excellent listening and communication skills. The right candidate will be responsible for creating a positive first impression in person  as well as on the phone.

 

 Responsibilities:

Corporate Administration

Office support for Corporate Executive Team
• Accounts Payable
• Review, sort, and prepare mailings- including mass and bulk mailings

Customer Service

Guest Relations/Front Desk Duties

Work effectively and efficiently with external customers including vendors, customers, maintenance and other external contacts deemed customers

 

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

 

  • High School Diploma, or Post High School Degree
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing with a variety of people
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Open to working without being given direction
  • Professional dress and demeanor

1-Personable, someone who can represent the front desk and the company well.

2-Positive attitude, can handle disruptions with a smile.

3-Pleasant, on the phone and in person.
