This is a great opportunity for someone with:


  • BS Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • Prior Auditing experience at a well known organization a plus!
  • Additional experience in a Financial services organization a plus plus!
  • Desire to contribute to our operational team.
  • A desire to work in a highly visible and impactful parternship with operational management / executive.
  • CPA preferred


Performs analysis of various company financial data and develops financial models from source data into desired format. Must be capable of interpreting information and provide management recommendations based on observed data trends.


  • Analyze and prepare market driven sales analysis targeting increased sales volume.
  • Prepare and update budget/forecast models and reports.
  • Develop and maintain staffing models for sales departments.
  • Develop and monitor performance metrics for sales departments.
  • Identify both positive and negative trends from their analysis; then, provide recommendations to maximize company performance and profitability.
  • Coordinate with operational units to obtain data and validate model assumptions.
  • Prepare detailed and summary reports as required.
  • Team with IT to promote and develop operational efficiencies through the use of technology.

Job Requirements


  • B.S. in Accounting or Finance from reputable educational institution.
  • 3-5 years experience with demonstrated progression of responsibilities.
  • Experience with a Public Accounting or Finance company a plus. Public Accounting Experience in a reputable firm (preferred)
  • Demonstrated history of working with complex financial modeling - (sales or pricing a plus).
  • Solid understanding of financial statements.
  • Strong analytical and computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Access.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow into an operations management position. Must have excellent communication skills as this role will work closely with the sales leadership team.
  • Must be inquisitive by nature and have the ability to acquire the necessary data.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate will have worked in a larger Accounting firm. This position will provide a chance to work with all sales units within our organization and develop the skills toward a career path into operational management. Must have a B.S. in Accounting or Finance.
