Job Description

Multiple Call Center / Dispatch Representatives Needed for immediate openings in the Tri Valley

We are seeking motivated and energetic customer service professionals to handle high-volume inbound customer calls.  You must want the opportunity to get to the next level!

Job Requirements

Be available to work early morning, evening, and weekend shifts as scheduled
Be able to attend all orientations and training classes- (these classes cannot be missed if you are chosen to join their team)
Type 30 WPM and be well versed with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel

Have customer service experience, preferably in high-volume call center, or busy retail environment that required multi-tasking
Have the ability to handle escalated calls with tact


Please note that additional experience with appliances, warranties, or security or dispatch environment helpful
