This Full- Service upscale casual concept needs a Kitchen Manager for our Hampton, VA location.  Company has 40 locations across the country and growing! All items are made from scratch. Excellent training program, no late night hours, and a quality of life work week make this an excellent management opportunity. Base salary in the $40-45K base range with a quarterly bonus program.

Job Requirements


Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years Full-Service kitchen management experience

  • Strong communications skills

  • Passion for the Industry

  • Strong organizational skills

    • Ability to work a 5 day  up to a 55 Hr work week

    • Scratch hands on kitchen management experience


    Physical Functions

    • Ability to stand/walk for 9-10 hours per day.
    • Will frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop, carry, finely manipulate and key in data.
    • Must be able to work in both warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors.
    • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
    • Must be able to tolerate higher levels of noise from music, customer and employee traffic.
    • Must be able to tolerate potential allergens:  peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish.
    • Must have excellent communication skills in English) via writing, telephone, e-mail and in-person.
