Customer Service Rep

Job Description


We are seeking a candidate to process orders for materials for both domestic and/or international requests in accordance with company policy and practice. Coordinate and perform activities such as order entry, order acknowledgment, order revision and preparation of some shipping documents. Receive customer requests and prepares documents/trouble tickets related to processing returns (RMA), servicing and exchanges. Update databases with status of returned materials issues and accounts for returns inventory. Record and report the status of -equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules. Ensure service information accessible by sorting and filing documents/forms. Handle requests for additional company materials. Maintain records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes and product pricing, and resolves return credit problems.
















Job Requirements


The ideal candidate must possess rrder processing experience or an equivalent combination of formal training in data processing, marketing, international business, finance and accounting, production control or related office and business education. Experience Level with Business Tools

Familiar with business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.

Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired. Skill Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks. Job Complexity Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment. Has little or no role in decision-making. Supervision Normally receives detailed instructions on work. Works under close supervision.
