Benefits Analyst

We are seeking a Benefits Analyst for one of our important clients.

Assists Associate Analysts and Information Specialists in the department to identify resolutions for customer requests., Reviews benefit processes and recommends solutions to ensure the most efficient and effective administration of benefit plans. Responsible for the maintenance and integrity of HR employee records., Develops and maintains appropriate audit procedures and schedules. Ensures standards of quality and internal maintained separation of duty controls are, Maintains appropriate records for audits, SOX, customer inquiries and as required by HROC work processes.


Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications.


Education Level:       Undergraduate Degree        

Industry Experience:  1 - 3 Years
