About the Role
Perform Training & Inspections surveys and write
Communicate all changes in status on assigned work orders
to Support Services
Interface with internal customers and external customers
(as requested) to resolve conflicts relating to survey and report deliverables
Identify ways to reduce cost, improve productivity and
quality in the delivery of our product
Maintain test equipment in good working order and make
requests for replacement or acquisition of damaged or non-issued tools
Responsible for performing inspections,
properly documenting and good customer service.
