The Talent Acquisition team is looking for a rockstar Sourcer/Recruiter/HR Specialist who loves challenging work, and the rewarding satisfaction that comes from knowing that what we do makes a difference.  This individual will help source and recruit technical talent, support university relations, and develop a steady flow of high-level candidates.  To be successful in the position the candidate should have demonstrated experience in the following:  

Job Requirements

•Recruits and identifies candidates for highly specialized or technical positions, requiring extensive research

•Ability to build close relationships with customer groups, understands their business needs, and influence business unit management

•Strong networking skills, including proficiency with various social media tools

•In-depth knowledge of applicant tracking systems, various staffing models, managing recruitment campaigns, and candidate generation techniques

•Solid understanding of EEO, AA, Behavioral Interviewing, direct and Internet sourcing and utilization of established databases

•Ability to secure candidates with secret clearances

•Conducts employment advertising campaigns and programs

•Coordinates research recruiting, employment fairs, internet searches, etc

 

Minimum Requirements

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent experience is required. In addition, a minimum of 5 years applicable experience in high-tech recruiting, preferably in a government contractor/technical/corporate environment, is required.

 

Additional Info

Must be able to travel 50% of the time.
