Associate Operations II



Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, products, or systems using soldering irons and multiple hand assembly tools

Ability to execute given fluid work requirements and schedule

Demonstrated communication and listening skills

Demonstrated time management skills

Ability to work effectively on any size work team

Solid knowledge of Configuration Control procedures applicable to the assigned work/area

Demonstrated ability for unsupervised and accurate use of manufacturing work order application.

Ability to understand work orders, CAD prints or blueprints, wiring diagrams, process sheets, assembly and schematic drawings, and receives verbal instructions regarding work assignments

Job Requirements


Education and Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent and four years of applicable experience

4 years electronics soldering experience meeting J-STD-001 & IPC-A-610 class 3 requirements utilizing a stereo microscope.

Candidate must be an energetic and enthusiastic team player.

Some experience in assembly of RF microwave amplifiers preferred.
