LA Fitness is looking for candidates for a variety of Fitness Sales Leadership Positions including General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Personal Training Director and Assistant Personal Training Director.

General Manager / Assistant General Manager

As a General Manager you are directly responsible for your fitness center, employees, clients, sales performance, and profitability.
 
As an Assistant General Manager (Weekend), you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager with the tasks listed below. 

Maintain consistent improvement of operations of the club through effective planning, implementation, use and exercise of independent judgment and discretion in determining how to best maximize profits, contain costs, and direct and hold club employees accountable; coordinate with Corporate Office to ensure that company standards, policies and procedures are upheld.

  • Must have prior management and sales experience

Job Requirements

Personal Training Director / Assistant Personal Training Director 

You will be responsible for selling training packages to our clients and providing introductory training assessments.

As a Personal Training Director you are directly responsible for your training center, its employees, clients, sales performance and profitability.

As an Assistant Personal Training Director, you are responsible in assisting the Personal Training Director with your training center, its employees, clients, sales performance and profitability.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in personal training a plus
  • Personal Training certification or degree a plus
  • Must have prior management and sales experience
  • Must be assertive, enthusiastic & punctual
  • Strong communications skills required
  • Exceptional customer service skills
