Job Description

An Allstate Exclusive Agency owner is currently seeking an experienced customer service representative for a position within their agency. Idea candidates are team-oriented and committed to servicing current client base while growing the Agency's customer base. 

Essential Functions:

  • Do 15 minutes of Good Hands Certification each day
  • Answer phone with a smile each time
  • Update/endorse customer policies at their direction
  • Handle billing inquiries, process customer payments
  • Notify agency owner of dissatisfied customers and customers at-risk of leaving
  • Report claims
  • Write new business applications using checklist
  • Proactively identify and act on cross-selling existing customers
  • Follow up on pended endorsements and applications daily
  • Handle additional duties as assigned or needed
