Job Description

Planning Department seeks special projects for tree preservation candidate with the following knowledge:

  • Experience and knowledge in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture and/or Arboriculture
  • Knowledge of plant biology, plant identification and landscape design
  • Knowledge of municipal development ordinances as they relate to landscaping and tree protection requirements
  • Ability to interpret landscape plans and land surveys
  • Ability to use computer systems to perform research and to document work performed.

Work Schedule

Monday thru Friday

8:00am to 5:00pm


Job Requirements

  • Associates Degree in related field
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Must have at least 3 years of related experience
  • Ability to interview and start immediately

3 months assignment, possible temp to hire for right candidate
