Since opening our first store in 1995, we have become the third largest company in our industry.  We carry the best brand name furniture, electronics, appliances and computers, and offer our customers a lease-to-own option.  We now operate over 100 stores in 10 states.

As a Management Trainee, you are EMPOWERED to make business decisions that greatly affect your career as well as the bottom line. We bring individuals into our Management Training Program to master all aspects of our business. You will rotate through each position within a store spending the majority of the program in assistant management roles in the sales and the collections departments. 

Your GOAL is to complete all steps in the training program and demonstrate, through exceptional performance, you have the skills to be PROMOTED to store General Manager.  Candidates must be able to show a record of consistently strong results in both the sales and collections department to be considered for promotion to GM.

The right candidate for this position is someone willing to give it their all to produce above standard results. If you give it everything you have and produce great results, we'll give you a shot at running a store. This is a very competitive and results-oriented company. The reward is worth it!

Job Requirements

  • Management experience
  • Able to work about 50 hrs/wk. including evenings and Saturdays
  • Must be 21 or over with valid driver's license to operate company vehicle
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
