Uline seeks a bilingual Sr. Credit Analyst at its Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin (south of Milwaukee).

SR. CREDIT ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide ongoing support of Mexico and Canada credit and collections functions.
  • Ensure quality and adherence to corporate performance standards.
  • Train new collectors and support the training of new credit analysts.
  • Monitor cash applications and partner with Cash Applications team to resolve outstanding issues.
  • Review, monitor and audit collectors' and credit analysts' work. Provide written audit results and conclusions.
  • Monitor and make recommendations to reduce errors and complaints.
  • Assist collectors and credit analysts with difficult cases.
  • Actively monitor credit exposures, adjusting credit limits as needed based on payment history and other available information.
  • Use available credit information and tools to establish or adjust credit limits based on customer requests.
  • Review and resolve issues with customers on credit hold.

SR. CREDIT ANALYST MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Bilingual – 100% fluent in both English and Spanish (read, speak, write).
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years credit / collections experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Detail oriented with an ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Available for regular travel to Mexico and Canada (15 to 20%).
