Job Description

• Work with the Project Managers on the generating various Budget reports and deliverables – Excel and SAP
• Responsible for publishing the budget forecast, variance, accruals , C&A’s , & invoice processing for the assigned projects
• Manage and maintain the invoice register and coordinate the receipt and submission of invoices from vendors
1. Financial knowledge - good with numbers
2. Good with Excel
3. Good communication skills – verbal and written
4. Quick learner and Flexible in adjusting to changes
5. Highly organized, functions well in a high-intensity, constantly changing environment
6. Good problem solving and analytical skill
7. Work independently and able to prioritize and at the same time Works well with others
8. Ability to work after normal work hours if required on an infrequent basis.
9. Must be able to keep information confidential when required

Job Requirements

• Candidate should possess strong knowledge and skills in SharePoint, Excel, and Word.
• Candidate must have financial knowledge and be proficient in accounting/bookkeeping
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Produces high quality work product involving numbers. Attention to detail
