We are currently recruiting for hard workers to fill a front Office Assistant in the Roseville area for a manufacturing firm. 

We are looking for a candidate that has a minimum of 2 years experience that is willing to work a swing shift from 12pm - 8:30pm. You will be responsible for answering phone, transferring calls, filing, order taking, and creating shipping labels.

Ideal candidate will have warehouse manufacturing experience and or metal shop office admin experience.

SVS Group will be hosting a Job fair for All office admin position including but not limited to HR, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Receptionist, Office assistant, Executive office assistant, and accounting positions on Thursday, April 9th between the hours of 9am to 11am. Job Requirements

 

  • MUST have Office Assistant experience and have experience with Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
  • Experience in manufacturing setting is a plus.
  • Candidate must be well spoken and well written to be considered.
  • Must have experience with a range of General Clerical duties and responsibilities.
  • Must pass background and drug screen
