Job Description

We are currently recruiting for hard workers to fill a front office admin position in the Natomas area. 

We are looking for a savvy Front Desk Admin with at least 3 years experience for a busy office in Sacramento. You will be responsible for answering phone, transferring calls, filing, and data entry.

Other duties and requirements include:

  • Highly detail oriented
  • Fast learner
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to efficiently complete repetitive tasks


Job Requirements


  • MUST have Front Desk Admin experience and have experience with Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
  • Experience in an upscale front office atmosphere a plus.
  • Candidate must be well spoken and well written to be considered.
  • Must have experience with a range of General Clerical duties and responsibilities.
  • Must have experience with a multiline phone system.
  • Recent Experience is a must have
