Location:  North/West Suburbs Pittsburgh/ Area

Progressive fluid control, equipment, repair, and service company is seeking an Office Manager.
Suties of the office manager will be to prepare/process and maintain purchase orders through industry software.  Maintaining logistics for domestic and international customers plus customer service for issues and concerns are vital duties within the position.  Diverse duties  in a fast pace environment will include administrative support for the sales manager. 


IMMEDIATE NEED !!!!!!!


Salary Commensurate with experience plus highly competitive benefit package.    









Job Requirements

Excellent oral and written communication skills, previous order processing experience, proficient with MS Office Suite along with knowledge of purchasing and logistics for domestic and international sales.  Office Management experience is a PLUS. Must have experience with ERP Systems
