RHA Howell is looking for a personable, energetic and dedicated  Floor Technician, to keep our facility clean, shining, and neat.

The nature of the role by design is not glamorous, can be difficult at times and requires hard work but the reward is immeasurable!

Specific duties of this highly rewarding entry-level position include:

  • Floor Care clean,  strip, wax, and buff floors for a large facility also not limited to buffing, waxing, and stripping floors as necessary/needed.
  • Keeps utility storage rooms clean and safe of fire hazards.
  • Uses of supplies and utility carts safely and stores in proper place.
  • Handle the maintenance of floor care equipment and work with heavy equipment safely
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Valid NC driver's license and personal auto liability insurance.
