Essential Duties

  1. Provides excellent customer service by taking inbound correspondence, calls and emails from clients and brokers, and responds appropriately to ensure satisfaction.
  2. Reviews and follows up on claims on a daily basis.
  3. Researches and responds to client and broker concerns.
  4. Records case notes in case management software (Netwise).
  5. Conducts regular, proactive client check-in calls.
  6. Processes statistical data regarding operational transactions.
  7. Assists with special or on-going projects.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  1. Two (2) years of related customer service experience.
  2. High school education or equivalent.
  3. Bilingual (English/Spanish) - required
