Customer Service/Call Center Representative


Location: Bloomington, MN

Shift: 1st Shift

Category: Full Time - Monday through Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm or 10:00am to 7:00pm (Hours may rotate)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities including the following: Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

     Looking for a well organized candidates to provide technical support over the phone. 


Job Requirements

    Qualifications: Applicant must have customer service and problem-solving/troubleshooting skills as well as attention to detail. Phone/communication skills are a primary job function. Must be able to multi-task and efficiently document calls on computer.  Excellent attendance and punctuality is a requirement.
