Job Description

LAC Legal Staffing is recruiting a Facilities Coordinator for a direct hire position at a prestigious Denver firm.


  • Provide support for the firm’s facilities manager
  • Back up office services department, assisting with photocopying, mail distribution, scanning and other miscellaneous duties as assigned
  • Assist with moving of internal offices
  • Fix chairs and desks and hang artwork, etc.
  • Run errands
  • Set up and organize conference rooms

Job Requirements

  • High school graduate
  • 2 years of experience working in a clerical capacity
  • Experience with photocopying and scanning equipment
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent people skills to work with a variety of people throughout the organization
