Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Ruby/Rails Developer for our security and compliance division, to be based out of our Milwaukee, WI or Chicago, IL offices.


You'll be part of our core team, and there's plenty to keep you intrigued. Come show us how your ideas are better than your peers and help us create new applications that thousands of people use on a regular basis. Information security is a fast-paced marketplace, and you need to be able to keep up with us.



Responsibilities:


  • Develop frontend web applications
  • Develop message-oriented backend services
  • Apply agile development methodologies
  • Dabble in other areas outside of coding
  • Play an influential role in the future of our software


Job Requirements


Requirements:


  • Extensive experience with:
    • Ruby and Ruby on Rails
    • Web technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)
    • Relational database design and SQL
    • Dedication to test-driven development
    • Proficiency with Unix/Linux
    • Understanding of what makes a good user experience
    • Ability to be self-sufficient, taking ownership of projects from start to finish
    • Desire to seek constant improvement and expansion of your skills
    • Interest in security
