Job Description

Informz is a leading provider of digital marketing solutions for associations and nonprofits. We offer a powerful email marketing platform, mobile event app, and professional services.

We are currently seeking a motivated professional who is driven by helping others to succeed by advising and supporting a number of new and existing clients on how to effectively use all Informz web-based products and services. The Client Advisor position plays a pivotal role in maintaining a high client retention rate through nurturing and ensuring there is constant account activity.

Core Responsibilities:


  • Facilitate the transition out of implementation to Go-Live and support the client’s drive towards self-sufficiency
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and make certain a high level of satisfaction with the Informz solution is achieved
  • Develop a consultative relationship with each client and work in conjunction with Sales providing solutions planning support.
  • Provide technical support on our Web application and features via phone or email
  • Advise clients on email marketing best practices
  • Assist Sales Team with uncovering revenue opportunities with existing clients
  • Develop and maintain a "trusted advisor" relationship with the client
  • Achieve complete customer satisfaction
  • All other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience
  • Experience in managing client accounts or working for an association/non-profit is preferred
  • Experience working with any type of email service provider is a plus
  • Proven ability to learn new tools and software quickly and independently
  • Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience using any type of contact management software, Photoshop or HTML is a plus
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
