-Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four (4) year college or university or equivalent work experience.
-Three (3) years of work experience in health information technology, practice management, health care related sales and/or marketing, or provider relations.
-Expert knowledge of CMS EHR Incentive Programs and Meaningful Use.
-Knowledgeable with various EMR/EHR and practice management products.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
-Able to effectively communicate and collaborate with staff, stakeholders, and the general public.
-Must be a highly motivated self?starter with a positive attitude.
-Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance required.
-Experience working in an ambulatory health care setting, including familiarity with office workflow.
- Familiarity with CRM’s and Project Management Tools such as Salesforce and Pivotal Tracker.
-Familiarity with Health Information Technology.
-Experience with advanced application of EHR (e.g. population health management).
