Position Summary:

This position performs the more complex duties of the audit engagement while training, directing and developing the audit staff.  Because of our continued growth, we have a need for a highly skilled and motivated individual to become part of our audit team.  This professional-level position is responsible for in-charging engagements of varying sizes and performing a wide range of accounting and audit procedures.    This individual will work directly with clients to meet their needs while helping to develop the audit staff.  This individual should have strong technical skills and the ability to maintain client relationships and communicate clearly and effectively.    

Job Requirements


  • Three to five years of relevant experience in public accounting
  • Licensed CPA in the State of Florida or able to be licensed in Florida
  • Four year degree required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and technical skills
  • Dedication to development and enhancement of the team environment.
  • Ability to direct and develop Audit Staff.
  • Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Superior client service focus.
