Job Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative in our fast-paced environment, you will need the following:

 

  • 2+ years Contact Center experience
  • Clear and articulate communication skills
  • A detailed and structural approach to your work
  • Displayed ability to navigate a Windows based computer system
  • Typing/Data Entry at 36 WPM+
  • Experience with Dispatch is a plus
  • Spelling and Grammar skills for data entry 
  • Must have high school degree

 

Each potential candidate will need to successfully complete a drug and criminal background check. Successful completion of this step is due to the work and access to information each individual will have.
