We are looking for dedicated, hard-working individuals who want to develop themselves and grow with our company. We are seeking individuals to fill Central Breakdown Coordinator positions. The main responsibilities for these positions will be to receive calls in our road breakdown division and resolve these issues in order to keep our fleet up and running. The ideal candidates will have strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.  Previous experience in the transportation industry is preferred, especially shop or maintenance work on heavy diesel trucks. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have sufficient computer skills to record and communicate details of breakdown events.  This position is based in our Fairfax Office located at 200 E. Marley Road in Kansas City, Kansas.  This is a shift position, hours will vary based on the needs of the business; weekends will be required.

Job Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Previous maintenance experience in the transportation industry preferred but not required

• Ability to stay organized, multi-task, and prioritize duties efficiently

• Solid decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Must be able to pass a background check including: drug screening and criminal background check
• Must be detail oriented having the ability to write reports, records, and correspondence
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, high energy environment
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures
