As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you are the creator of the customer experience with the organization and you take great pride in each and every customer who tells others of the excellent experience with you.  You're a self-starter who can recognize where you can help with the organizations customer experience.  You have the experience and ability to handle challenging customer situations with great care and you will take the initiative to do so every time. Using your strong communication skills, you'll effectively collaborate with a variety of people, accomplishing tasks of high-complexity and scope. You're also able to analyze and anticipate the needs of your managers, team members, and most of all the customers you have been brought on to help.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience working as a call center customer service representative
  • Professional office grammar
  • Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute
  • Minimum data entry speed of 7,500 keystrokes per hour
  • At least 2 positive professional supervisory references
  • You must submit to and pass background check and drug screen
