Job Description



The Receptionist is responsible for handling front office reception and administrative duties.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.


  • Cheerfully and professionally greet customer when they enter the building
  • Answer phones & direct calls professionally
  • General office duties including opening and directing the mail, order office supplies, filing
  • Ensure reception area is tidy
  • Assist with other projects as necessary


Job Requirements


  • 2-3 years related experience
  • Friendly, upbeat personality and a service-oriented attitude
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Customer service skills
