Job Description

Community Association Manager to manage portfolio of condominium and home owners' associations in Pennsylvania with established community associations management company.  (This is not an on-site position nor is it a rental management position.)

We are looking for property managers with great communication skills, leadership ability AND knowledge of the community association management field to help us grow and improve.

Currently managing approximately 10,000 units with our experienced staff.

Must have superior communication skills, including writing clearly, speaking intelligently and using computers well. 

CAI credentials, AMS, CMCA or PCAM preferred.

Job Requirements

Our new property manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a portfolio of community associations, primarily in Pennsylvania.  This includes:

  • Supporting the Association Board.
  • Assisting the Association members in running their association.
  • Supervising contractors and maintenance.
  • Overseeing violations and delinquencies.
  • Understanding and enforcing community governing documents.
  • Attending evening Board meetings.
  • Attending trade conferences and continuing education functions,
  • Training and supervising administrative assistant.
  • Learning new things every day.
  • Using state-of-the-art technology.

You will have the freedom and tools to succeed.

**A minimum of 3 years Community Association Management experience is required. This experience must be with condominium and homeowners' associations.
