Job Description: The purpose of the Administrator is to direct the overall operations of the Community in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.  Direct and ensure the implementation of written policies and procedures that reflect the goals and objectives of the Community and Administrative team.  Make routine site rounds from a first-hand observation that an optimum level of resident care is provided, the environment is being maintained in a safe and sanitary fashion, systems are in place, and that employees are appropriately attired and receiving appropriate supervision.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements: Seeking an energetic self-starter with unyielding work ethic and motivation to work with a great team.  The incumbent must have knowledge of the current State and Federal regulations for nursing facilities in long term care.  Must be able to create and maintain a helpful, understanding and empathetic atmosphere toward the residents and employees. Must be able to exercise independent judgment, make decisions and follow-through on them.  


Education/Training:  Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree preferred in health care or relevant studies.  Must have a current Nursing Facility Administrator’s License.  At least three years management experience in a long term care facility.
