Job Description

Branch Office of Nationwide Law Firm is seeking a Litigation Legal Secretary for immediate project work and possible temp to hire opportunity.  Minimum of five years prior Litigation Legal Secretary Experience from large Law Firm is desired to cover 2-4 attorneys.    The firm uses MS Word 2010 and will be converting over to Word 2013.   Business hours are 8:30-5 and one hour lunch.   Candidates are required to know how to efile, and be very familiar with all functions in Word, including running Tables of Contents and Tables of Authorities.  General civil litigation background required, employment law a plus, not required.  The firm has no word processing support.   All candidates must be up to speed on Word styles, TOAs/TOCs, and efiling.   The firm also uses DTE for time entry and release, InterAction for database for client management, iManage and FileSite for records management/document scanning and saving.  

Job Requirements

Five years prior Litigation Legal Secretary Experience from large Law Firm is desired. MS Word 2010,  DTE , InterAction, iManage and  FileSite are desired but not required   Candidates ARE required to know how to efile, and be very familiar with all functions in Word, including running Tables of Contents and Tables of Authorities.  General civil litigation background required.  Word processing skills are required.   All candidates must be up to speed on Word styles, TOAs/TOCs
