Job Requirements


  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hospitals or other places where they have experienced in-person interaction with customers or clients.
  • Client interaction
  • Ability to understand complex problems
  • Ability to understand and interpret source documents
  • Expert knowledge and application of a specialized technical skill.
  • In-depth understanding of broader interdependencies across various processes
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree, technical college or some college course work preferred.
  • Completes wide range of tasks and assignments.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of policies and procedures for the work area.
