POSITION PURPOSE:  The Account Representative is responsible for supporting the account management functions of the company in accordance with the policies and practices of EnvisionRxOptions. This position will be responsible for supporting group implementation and management by maintaining the exceptional level of professionalism and customer service standards that Envision has attained within the pharmacy benefit management industry.


 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Support group implementation and management
  • Participate in benefit plan setup and testing
  • Make certain the timelines of project implementation
  • Provide support to other operational departments by researching issues
  • Perform user-acceptance testing on system enhancements including creating test plans, documenting and communicating test results

 

  • Solve and provide timely and accurate resolution of system issues

  • Contact pharmacies to resolve point-of-sale issues

  • Other duties as assigned

 

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in health administration, business or related field required
  • A knowledgeable individual with appropriate industry experience, preferably in the healthcare, insurance or PBM industry
  • Pharmacy technician experience preferred
  • An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills

  • Strong analytical, technical and problem solving skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • A well-organized and self-directed individual who is able to work with minimal amount of supervision

  • Capability to efficiently complete tasks in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to work with peers in a team effort

  • Highly organized with the ability to adapt to challenging priorities
  • Experience preparing and interpreting reports
  • Ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays pursuant with industry demands

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry related software programs
