Job Description

The Recruiting Administrator (PART TIME - COLLEGE STUDENTS WELCOME)

The Recruiting Administrator will recruit, interview, and screen job candidates using primarily online social networking tools and technology, while representing and promoting the Advance Financial brand. 



Job Requirements




  • Display a cheerful and positive attitude at all times
  • Provide consistent and exceptional service to external vendors, customers and co-workers
  • Treat customers and co-workers with dignity and respect
  • Screen applications and source qualified candidates
  • Work with hiring managers to define hiring criteria and create associated job descriptions. Determine the position responsibilities, as well as the experience and abilities, the ideal candidate will possess.
  • Facilitate all phases of the recruitment process. Screen and route résumés, schedule interviews, conduct interviews, recommend qualified candidates to department managers for further interviews, conduct reference checks, present offers, secure acceptances, and send out rejection letters.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs
  • Maintain and implement Facebook page, LinkedIn Career page, Twitter, company recruiting blog, and other social media tools in line with overall company branding strategy
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Some higher education preferred



  • At least 1 year professional work experience
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office suite
