Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Manages pre-order activity.
Coordinate information from various departments/sites to customer.
Manages order entry activity.
Conduct Contract review/approval.
Works with planning to expedite orders as necessary.
Manages post-order activity.
Coordinatea customer needs/requirements to applicable departments.
Process RMA's and related quality issues.
Provides supporting documentation to accounting to resolve payment issues.
Generate tooling invoice at the same time of PO entry for part.

Provides professional and excellent communication, written and oral, to all internal and external customers and contacts.
Handles inbound and outbound calls within assigned area of responsibility as well as overflow calls.  Independently builds customer relationships to enhance customer loyalty and help grow the business.

Monitors and proactively works on customer backlog to meet customer demand.
Works with Planning to maintain and analyze customer firm and forecast requirements.

Be proficient in Microsoft Office; Experience in SAP or other ERP system preferred. 
Prepares various report related to shipment, invoices, bookings and etc. as requested by management.

Job Requirements

High school diploma (or GED) required.  Bachelors degree preferred.  0-2 years of customer service experience is accepted.  2 - 5 years expereince preferred. Any prior expereince working in a manufacturing environment a plus.  This candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with others in a team setting and the ability to lead.  The candidate should have the ability for technical analysis and solid problem solving skills for effective resolution of issues of multi-facet factors.  The candidate must have excellent verbal and written skills for clear and consise communication.  Skills with PC and MS OFfice Suite are required.  Good organization skills to anticipate, plan, organize, and self-monitor workload are exxential to success. The candidate should have demonstrated ability to act timely and to execute thoroughly.  SAP expereinece preferred, not not required.
