Day to Day Duties
  • Order Management standard work activities 
  • Review order reports 
  • Manage delivery drops of orders 
  • Basic order resolution 
  • Monitor customer order status 





Job Requirements

Top Required Skills
  • SAP working knowledge - Order / Delivery / Inventory screens 
  • Adept at Microsoft Excel 
  • Knowledge of Order Management process 

Education Requirements
  • Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s Degree preferred) 


Years of Experience Required
  • 1-3 years, preferably in the order management/resolution space 

Computer Experience Required to Perform Duties
  • SAP knowledge, MS Office (especially Excel)
