 HUMAN RESOURCES - SOCIAL MEDIA - RECRUITING - MANAGEMENT TRAINING - OFFICE MANAGEMENT - SALES - MARKETING - INTERACTION WITH CLIENTS AND CUSTOMERS TRAINING PROVIDED!

A Professional  management trainee and sales team helps drive our growth here at Southeast Business Consultants. We are expanding our Human Resources and management training team.  Seeking professionals that have the fuel to keep us running strong. In a typical day, our team members have numerous opportunities to train new employees, attend sales meetings, run background checks, schedule drug screens, plan business trips, lead generation, attend corporate meetings and travel to different national conferences. Our new management trainees will learn daily office management responsibilities.   This is a fast-paced and energetic environment with a outgoing team that has a work hard play hard culture.  We are looking for a enthusiastic personality, excellent verbal communication skills and professionalism.

 

A flexibility in schedules is highly preferred.

Experience is not  necessary for this position as our extensive training program provides a strong foundation for a successful career with opportunities for advancement.

We currently work with a lot of new college graduates.   We prefer someone with a social background.  This position we require daily interaction with our team!

Must be able to travel.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides customer support to assigned accounts

  • Maps, qualifies and takes corrective measures to make our new employees happy

  • Resolves employee issues/problems by maintaining a positive and outgoing personality at all times

  • Responsible for managing and developing all new hires, drug screens and background checks. 

  • Keeps up to date with on going Social Media on industry trends

  • Monitors and communicates sales or operational opportunities identified through the use of sales reports.

  • Responsible for weekly/monthly/yearly reporting to keep the Director of Sales informed of sales and competitive activities

  • Team player throughout the organization, upbeat and outgoing!

  • Uphold the Company’s reputation and communicates it’s objectives effectively at all times

  • Answering customer questions


Job Requirements


•Authorized to work in the US

•College degree or relevant work experience

•Sales and/or marketing experience a plus, but not a requirement

•Competitive and proactive attitude

•Confident demeanor

•Strong student mentality
