Job Requirements

Hours
  • Minimum of 40 hours per week, flexible to work overtime and weekends when required.
  • Normal hours vary between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.

 

 Some of the Responsibilities

  • Provide the planning, budgeting, and development of the team.
  • Lead a team of working supervisors as they respond to and manage fire and water losses.
  • Communicate with property owners and insurance adjusters.
  • Project estimating, job costing, and quality control.
  • Ensure job processes and procedures are followed.
  • Training and development of managers and supervisors.

 

Minimum Requirements
  • 2+ years experience in the Fire and Water Restoration industry required.
  • IICRC certifications – WRT and ASD at a minimum.  CDS or Master designation a plus.
  • Ability to manage working supervisors.
  • A valid driver license with a good driving record.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony convictions or misdemeanors involving violence or theft.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Effective at monitoring and managing multiple projects.
  • Knowledgeable at estimating, job costing and quality control.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook®, Excel®, and Word®.
  • Proficient with Xactimate estimating software.
  • Experience working with property owners and insurance adjusters.
