Planned Parenthood Arizona, a progressive healthcare organization, currently has an opening for a full time Business Analyst. Planned Parenthood Arizona offers valuable services to Arizona families by providing everything from affordable birth control and cancer screenings to comprehensive teen education and women’s advocacy programs. We operate Health Centers throughout Arizona.
Starting salary range for this position is $53,372 to $64,046 DOE with benefits.

A thoughtful, persevering, self-disciplined approach to achieving accurate and detailed work is essential. In general, this is a valued expert expected to deliver high quality, accurate results, while efficiently maintaining and enhancing existing organizational systems and standards.
The Business Analyst assumes primary responsibility for generating and maintaining all routine agency performance metrics, integrating both programmatic and financial data into useful dashboards. S/he is also responsible for creating analytics that address strategic business concerns and decisions.
Analyzes proposed programmatic plans for completeness, accuracy, and long-range impact against business objectives.
Develops and performs analysis on profitability and productivity trends. Conducts regular Relative Value Unit cost and pricing analyses.
Develops projections to assess impact of proposed changes to operations.
Conducts statistical analysis and applies principles of accounting to analyze past and present health center operations and estimates future revenues and expenditures.
Analyzes past and present financial data and estimates future revenues and expenditures, applying principles of finance.
Makes recommendations to maximize the effective use of resources throughout the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field and four years work experience in budget analysis experience, finance or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in EPM/EMR databases, preferably NextGen.
Ability to work well with people, meet deadlines, work under pressure, and work with minimal supervision in a professional manner.
