Job Description

Job Title: Sr. Estimator- Civil Construction

Power Search Inc is an Executive Search firm in the Construction Industry

Client Company is a Large Major Regional General Contractor
  • This position is located in Northern California
  • Blue chip benefit package
  • Projects are Heavy Industrial, Water, Waste Water Treatment Plants, Hydro Power, WWTP
  • Projects would be in the $20-100 million range
  • This Project Manager would report to the Vice President of Construction
  • Responsible for labor, material and supcontracts

Job Requirements

Qualified candidates will have 10 plus years experience as Estimator on Waste Water Treatment Plants
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management

Knowledge of:
  • Water Waste Water Treatment Plant construction practices and techniques.
  • Methods of organizing, directing, and managing construction project teams.
  • Quality Assurance methods and practices.
  • Safety regulations and procedures.
  • Construction material characteristics and properties.
  • Construction inspection practices.
  • Estimating labor, material, Equipment and Subcontractor
