Operations Manager, Healthcare

Position maintains operations of the program with hands-on oversight for all operational areas including process, Q.I. activities, continuous improvement and compliance. Working closely with the clinical team, is primarily responsible for establishing work plans, budgets, timetables and outcome measurements; report analysis and action, Client relations, obtains and allocates resources; and reviews progress of the program in order to meet contract deliverables. Serves as the liaison to the Department.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5 years of experience including direct supervision of staff and teams.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with government contracts preferred
  • Role involves client contact so the ability to maintain effective customer rapport and develop and implement programs to build and maintain positive customer relationships is paramount.
  • Project management experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of business development, strategic planning, tactical implementation and creation of business partnerships.
  • Skill in examining and re-examining operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
  • Ability to analyze resources and environment appropriate to the scope of responsibility and design a course of action consistent with KEPRO’s mission and strategic plan.
  • Ability to successfully manage change and growth as well as juggling multiple and changing priorities with sometimes conflicting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, organization & team building skills plus a strong focus on customer service and Client relations required.
  • MS Office proficiency required.
