Job Description

PrideStaff Financial is actively seeking to identify the right Full Charge Bookkeeper level candidate capable of handling a diverse set of responsibilities in a fast paced environment.  The right candidate must have a proven ability to direct and manage the accounting operation of multiple entities.  

Regular Responsibilities: 

  • Post and classify the daily receivable transactions
  • Handle and process all payroll information and transactions
  • Process all accounts payable transactions including bills, credit card charges and invoicing client bills, ensuring accuracy of each bill and proper classification
  • Reconcile monthly accounts
  • General Ledger maintenance
  • Comprise monthly financial reports for management  

Job Requirements

     
  • 2-3 years’ accounting/bookkeeping experience
  • QuickBooks experience required
  • MS Office, Excel proficient
